Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish.
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - Harry Potter by JK Rowling

Look, need I say more! It's simple magical! The classes, so many I would love to take. I would need a time turner.

Mademoiselle Geraldine's Finishing Academy for Young Ladies of Quality  - Etiquette & Espionage (Finishing School) by Gail Carriger

I'm not sure I would like to attend this school, some of the classes aren't me. But the school floats! And a few of the classes are so bad, so this is more as a school I would like to visit.

St Vladimir's Academy - Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

St Vladimir's Academy if Hogwarts was out, this sign me up! I love the classes that Rose takes. The trailer, skills; it's something I think I would enjoy!

Auradon Prep - Descendants

Going to school with all the characters I grew up with and their kids! Now that would be so fun! So, many of them would be snobby, but lets face it, every school has snobbish people.

Culver Creek Preparatory High School - Looking for Alaska by John Green

I'm not sure if this would be a school I would want to just visit or attend as one of the main reasons I put the school on this list was the characters in the book, brought the school it's self to life!

Battle School - Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

The only reason I up this on the list is because the battle game played.

Camp Half Blood - The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #1) by Rick Riordan
So, I felt that Camp Half Blood is more like a school then a camp, many may not agree with me just to me it has more of a school feeling. But the point is, I think this would be great fun!

What book schools would you like to attend or visit?

  1. What an amazing topic! I love it. I'm totally up for Hogwarts, Mademoiselle Geraldine's Finishing Academy for Young Ladies of Quality, and Camp Half-Blood. Though your right that some of the classes might not be the best, lol. And maybe Auradon Prep, if I could take Goodness 101 (easy A!).

  3. The battle game did look fun, though I'd probably be terrible at it. I'm not much good with aiming for things. :P I was terrible at laser tag as a kid!
