Ten Books To Read If You Like Teen Love Stories

I love the power of love!

This is my favorite love story of all time. I can not count how many times I read this while if High School, ever even still today I reread it.

This is one of my favorite Sarah Dessen books' because I enjoy the lead character, plot, everything about this book!

So far this would have to be my favorite John Green book because, yes, of Augustus Waters. For mean he is one of the main reasons this book is amazing, along with the message he stands for. It's just a bitter sweet story!

What can I say these two books are about a girl who is love with the idea of love. Out of all the books I've read in the last few years, I haven't yet found a young girl who wants to be in love with someone. I enjoy the characters and plots of book of Jenny Han's books.

This is a love story ad mystery story. I not a big fan of mystery books, but Kat Green has written a book that pulls me in. Making me want, no need to know more and Luke and these characters. This is a must read for me.

I love Ethan and Lena. There are made for each other. I love hows there's a past, I enjoy the twist and turns. This is just one of my favorite series starting book. It's one of the best series starting book, tells a lot about the lead character, a plot that changes, it's just a great book as a whole.

Cath and Levi!!!Oh, my word! I just love this book so, so much. I mean, I'm so much like Cath it's crazy. All I do is spent my free time in a different world them my own and yes, I do write fanfic. I have a sister that's 100% not me the only thing is I don't have a Levi...

I am a DUFF! But really aren't we all. I love this give and pull between the Bianca and Wesley. At time I did want to slap these characters but in a way of saying you to belong together, wake up and smell the coffee! But all in all i love this book!

I all ways seem to enjoy books that have a music theme to them. And when a character falls for a member of the band, I have a hard time putting down the book. This was a wonderful story, I can't want to read the next book.

I do not know where to start with this one, because I love it that much. I read it right when it came out and sometime, even to this day I will find myself thinking about this book and it's characters. Wondering how they are doing. The relationship Josh and Skylar was wonderful written.

It was so hard not to put every Sarah Dessen book I read on to this list but I felt like I had to put this one as, to me it was quite different, in a darker way, the her other books. I love Mac he's my favorite in this story, there was so much about him that I wanted to know, I enjoyed how during the story we slowly learn more and more about him.

I enjoyed this book, the characters are amazing. There's ups and down, it only took me like two days to read this story as I wanted to know what happened, not only to the lead characters but to the side characters as well. This is a great teen book!
So, there's more than ten here but this was a low as I could get it!

What are some of your favorite teen love stories?

Review: Shadow Kiss Vampire Academy

The Graphic Novel
Author: Richelle Mead
Followed by: Blood Promise
Genres: Young-adult fiction · Horror · Paranormal romance · Urban fantasy · Romance novel · Novel · Fantasy · Dark fantasy

The third book in the series of New York Times best-selling adaptations of Richelle Mead’s Vampire Academy.

It's springtime at St. Vladimir's Academy, and Rose is close to graduation, but since making her first Strigoi kills, things haven't felt quite right. She's having dark thoughts, behaving erratically, and worst of all ...might be seeing ghosts. Consumed by her forbidden love with her tutor Dimitri and protecting her best friend, the Moroi princess Lissa, Rose is in no state to see the deadly threat that will change her entire world - and make her choose between the two people she loves most.

I love this this one, it was more about Rose and Dimitri, my OTP of this series! Their relationship grew a lot and I didn’t want the book to end. But this graphic went to fast. I want to learn more about these character. Which is why I can’t wait to read the novels. Hoping there’s more in the books. I couldn’t stop reading or looking at the pages. This plot had a lot in it but was still easy to follow. The ending. I’m not even…. I can’t is. Oh, Dimitri… I need to find out what happens next!
How can it just end like that. No real answer, just did he or is he still himself? Will  Lissa let Rose go, what will happen to her? Or any of the other characters? It just kinda stopped...

Review: Etiquette & Espionage

Etiquette & Espionage (Finishing School #1)

Author:
Followed by:
Genres: Science Fiction, Steampunk, Urban Fantasy, YA

It's one thing to learn to curtsy properly. It's quite another to learn to curtsy and throw a knife at the same time. Welcome to Finishing School.

Fourteen-year-old Sophronia is a great trial to her poor mother. Sophronia is more interested in dismantling clocks and climbing trees than proper manners--and the family can only hope that company never sees her atrocious curtsy. Mrs. Temminnick is desperate for her daughter to become a proper lady. So she enrolls Sophronia in Mademoiselle Geraldine's Finishing Academy for Young Ladies of Quality.

But Sophronia soon realizes the school is not quite what her mother might have hoped. At Mademoiselle Geraldine's, young ladies learn to finish...everything. Certainly, they learn the fine arts of dance, dress, and etiquette, but they also learn to deal out death, diversion, and espionage--in the politest possible ways, of course. Sophronia and her friends are in for a rousing first year's education.

Etiquette & Espionage was my first Steampunk I’ve read; I love and want to read more Steampunk. This was different then what I thought it, I enjoyed it more than I thought too. I fell in love with this world and it characters. The only downside to this book was that it felt a little childish. So, other than that I liked how the school floats, how there’s werewolves and vampires; boy and girl school. The characters are quite different from each other’s. The types of classes & lessons that they take at this school aren’t too different like simple dance classes, while others are out there, like how to hide your weapon in your outfit. The pacing of this book is good for this plot, at first I thought this may be over packed with action but it was well balanced and written.
Oddly, I don’t have a favorite character; usually I have one. Sophronia sneaks around a lot, this brought more of the school into the pages, more plots and secrets. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.

What steampunk book do you recommend?

September 22: Top Ten (11) Books On My Fall TBR (Not all of these came out this fall, but for a list of books I want to read during fall these are it!)

I really want to read this one, the book store closes to me doesn't have it. So, I think I will end up buying it online but I just love the idea behind this book. I've heard both bad and good things about it.

This sounds like a page turner, I really want to dive into this world and get to know the characters and plot to these pages.

The Lies About Truth sounds like my kind of story. I think I may end up buying this one online as well. But I can't wait to read it!

I got this one from Netgalley but sadly haven't read it. This one sounds amazing and I can't wait to read it!

I'm hoping this one it amazing! It sounds like it could either be really, really good or really really bad; I enjoy jumping into books that sounds like they could go either way.

The author, Amy K. Nichold, gave me a copy of this to read and review, I'm reading book one first. But I am dying to open this book and see what's in side. If you don't know this author you should go look her up, she's supper sweet and a great writer!

I got this from my library and reading it right now. Let just say so far this may be the sweetest book I've read this year.

I've heard so much about this book, I really want to read it! I have it just waiting to get to it.

Books with music has a soft spot in my heart. I just love books that have the music side to the plot. Yet, an other one I have but sadly have not read it yet!

This one also sounds like a page turner. I like the different colors on the cover and hope the characters are colorful as well!

First I need to say the cover drew me in making me wait to learn more about this book and once I did I knew I needed it. Hoping to fall into this book and get lost!

What's on your Fall TBR list?

Review: Frostbite Vampire Academy

The Graphic Novel
Author: Richelle Mead
Followed by: Shadow Kiss
Genres: Young-adult fiction · Horror · Paranormal romance · Urban fantasy · Romance novel · Novel · Fantasy · Dark fantasy

WHEN LOVE AND JEALOUSY COLLIDE ON THE SLOPES. WINTER BREAK TURNS DEADLY.
A Strigoi attack puts St. Vladimir's on high alert, and the Academy whisks its students away on a mandatory Holiday ski trip. But the glittering winter landscape and posh Idaho resort only provide the illusion of safety. When three students run away to strike back at the Strigoi, Rose must join forces with Christian to rescue them. Only this time, Rose - and her heart - are in more danger than she could have imagined.

The Graphic Novel book two is action packed. The characters are looking over their shoulders for Strigoi, (Which added an amazingly drawn.) This plot is well thought out and planed. I enjoyed the art and helped bring the story to life. My favorite part of this book would have to be how the characters relationships develop and grow. My favorite relationship is Dimitri and Rose and their forbidden love. I like their playful, witty conversation. Lissa and Christian relationship is so cute. The ending I did NOT see that coming but I hoping it leads or play into the next book some how. This story is a great page turner, with a dash of romance.
