Top 5 Sundays is a weekly blog meme created by Larissa at Larissa's Bookish Life.

From here blog, how it works and rules:

Every Sunday I will post a TOP 5 list on the blog. It can be about anything and every week I'll have a new theme {You can vote on next week’s theme on my left sidebar!} and I will ad the Mr.Linky bellow the post so you can do a list with the theme and add you link to it.

Rules:

1 - Write a post listing your TOP 5 choices within the theme I chose (or was chosen on a poll) for the week.

2 - Mention this Blog on the post and link back to it.

3 - Feel free to use the Feature's image (there is a smaller size version of it bellow)

4 - After you've finished your post, add you link (of the post, not your blog's main page) to the Mr.Linky at the end of that week's post.
5 – If you don’t have a blog to post, just leave your list in the comments =)

The theme for today is:

Newly Discovered Book Series {Part II}

Runes (Runes #1) by Ednah Walters
"Seventeen-year-old Raine Cooper has enough on her plate dealing with her father’s disappearance, her mother’s erratic behavior and the possibility of her boyfriend relocating. The last thing she needs is Torin St. James—a mysterious new neighbor with a wicked smile and uncanny way of reading her.
Raine is drawn to Torin’s dark sexiness against her better judgment, until he saves her life with weird marks and she realizes he is different. But by healing her, Torin changes something inside Raine. Now she can’t stop thinking about him. Half the time, she’s not sure whether to fall into his arms or run.
Scared, she sets out to find out what Torin is. But the closer she gets to the truth the more she uncovers something sinister about Torin. What Torin is goes back to an ancient mythology and Raine is somehow part of it. Not only are she and her friends in danger, she must choose a side, but the wrong choice will cost Raine her life
"

I'm in love with the this series, even though I've just started them, I love the world, characters and can not wait to see where the next book takes me!

Edgewood (Edgewood #1) by
"From bestselling author Karen McQuestion—a brand new, spellbinding novel.
The night Russ Becker witnesses a strange astronomical event, his world changes forever. Before long Russ discovers he's developed incredible superpowers, and he’s not the only one. Three other young people—beautiful Mallory, arrogant Jameson, and mysterious Nadia—have had the same experience and all of them now have powers of their own. Mallory can control peoples’ minds, Jameson moves objects with his thoughts, and Nadia has empathic abilities.
At first the four relish their newfound gifts, but things become serious when they learn they are being hunted by an organization that wants them for its own nefarious purposes. When Russ’s family is threatened, he’s forced into action. What transpires will change all of them in ways they never imagined."

I've just started reading this, about on page 50. So far I am enjoying it quite a lot. The writing style is easy to read, can't wait to see how it ends!

The Covington Witches (Book of Secrets, #1) by

"Imara Covington has always known that she comes from a family of strong women. Only after an unexpected journey to the quaint town of Edenton, North Carolina, do the family secrets begin to unravel. Once she thought of her family as her safety net and her home as a haven, but now Imara is forced to confront the long buried secrets that are at the center of her family's strength."

So, I haven't began reading this series, but the first one was free one amazon, look good so I downloaded it. I find that I enjoy stories with witches and magic in it. And see I;m writing my own witchcraft book, In the drafting sage, I thought it would be great to see how other authors write about witches and magic. But I can't wait to start reading this one!

Heaven High (East Lake Series #1) by
"Delve into a world where Heaven meets High School.
Beau and Edgar have been best friends from birth, but couldn’t have had a more different start in life.
During what promises to be the best Summer ever, they find themselves in Heaven where they are given a choice: either go back as someone else or work as Spirit Guides and help humans still alive on earth.
For one of them the choice is easy but for the other the decision is not so clear cut.
But it is their decision to partner with an Angel and take an undercover assignment at East Lake High School, which has repercussions that tests the limits of friendship, loyalty and the very existence of East Lake.
For Beau and Edgar, protecting Emma Havering might be the last thing they ever do.
Heaven High takes you where no living soul has been before."

If you have been following my blog you'll learn that I'm a bit crazy about this book series. I'm in love with the characters and the world that Anna has made. I enjoy how is just comes to life and how every chapter this is something new going on. This is one that I've been telling everyone to read because it's just so wonderful!
